Elders & Deacons
Elders and Deacons are leaders who are called by God, authorized by the church, and ordained by the pastor to a lifetime ministry of word, service, compassion, and justice to the congregation in ministry that connects the two. They exemplify Christian discipleship, nurture others in their relationship to God, and lead church people to respond to the needs of others.
Mod Squad - Men
Biblically training and equipping men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church, and in their places of business. The Men’s Ministry develops men in Christian living to make a positive impact for this generation and those to come. We accomplish this mission through Bible study, discipleship classes, leadership development, accountability groups, mentoring, retreats, and special events. It is increasingly important for men to honor God with their hearts and lives.
W.O.L.I.A. - Women
To nurture women of our church and our community as they come to faith, Christian maturity and service through interaction with God, His Word and one another. Bible studies, programs, outreach and events will inspire your heart, enrich your life and strengthen your relationships—especially your relationship with the Lord.
Gen. Double Portion - Youth
A ministry far more than programs—responding to the spiritual needs of our young people is about building trusting relationships. Our youth ministry strives to walk with young people on their journeys, recognizing their gifts for ministry, their questions about spirituality, and their desire to make a difference assisted by caring adults, whom have come to know and embrace God through a life of faith in the presence of the Lord.
Music
Committed to facilitating worship, fellowship, encouragement and outreach through a balanced program of music that includes expressions ancient and modern, eloquent and simple, familiar and new. We strive to prepare gatherings for worship that are Christ-exalting, transformation, and display the unity of the Spirit.
Media
Powered by the Holy Spirit, focused on creating an atmosphere of spiritual excellence. The media ministry facilitates and promotes the livestreaming broadcasts of our church services though both our website and social media platforms. It is our team’s goal to exalt Christ, and to lead Lily of the Valley congregants into a solid relationship with Jesus Christ through the use of their media talents and gifts.
Outreach
An avenue the Lord has provided for us to touch and serve the poor in spirit, the broken hearted, the heavy burdened, and the weary within our community. We understand the work is tough. However, it certainly is a blessing to see lives resurrected and radically changed into the likeness of Christ Jesus. In this ministry we also believe all members of society deserve an opportunity to be led to the Lord.
